The new format of the DREMA 2026 trade fair – 10 reasons to exhibit
The DREMA trade fair – one of the most important events for the wood and furniture industry in Central and Eastern Europe – is set for a major change. The 42nd edition of DREMA (8–11 September 2026, Poznań) will take place in a revamped format, combining the organiser’s experience with a modern perspective on current market needs.

The 42nd edition of the DREMA Fair is a combination of many years of experience with a modern approach. For decades, we have been building trust in the woodworking and furniture industries by constantly introducing innovative exhibition, communication and organisational solutions. DREMA is an event that combines tradition with the technology of tomorrow. By cultivating good practices, we take advantage of the new opportunities offered by modern technologies.
2. Extended thematic scope of the exhibition

Technologies using artificial intelligence are increasingly entering the woodworking and furniture industries. The AI Forum – DREMA 5.0 is a chance to be one step ahead of the competition. In creating the event programme, we will work closely with renowned scientific institutions, such as: University of Life Sciences in Poznań, Łukasiewicz Research Network and independent international experts. 7. HOSTED BUYERS Programme
We are reintroducing the Hosted Buyers Programme for key international clients. We focus mainly on the Baltic States and the Balkans. As part of the program, key visitors from these markets can count on: * cover flight costs, * accommodation costs and invitation to the Industry Evening * DREMA VIP Night. DREMA reconnects the international business world.
8. New groups of visitors
We are broadening our horizons! We will intensify our efforts to utilise our existing database of professionals – 82,000 records. We will ensure the presence of both large players and representatives of small and medium-sized carpentry workshops. We will also invite representatives of new sectors: • manufacturers of pallets, • coffins,• yachts and wooden houses • external garden architecture. We will conduct an intensive digital promotional and telemarketing campaign on the Polish market and key foreign markets.
9. Visit DREMA
We will subsidise the visits of professional groups of visitors. Each organised group of professionals of at least 8 people will receive: • PLN 500 for fuel • free car park on the fairgrounds • free admission. We want DREMA to be accessible to all professionals – regardless of distance
10. Comfortable visiting and free admission for professionals

Zapewnimy najwyższy standard obsługi gości, streamlined logistics and a visitor-friendly infrastructure. 2,000 parking spaces within a 500-metre radius of the exhibition entrance, including an underground car park on the MTP fair grounds. Free parking for invited guests. Professional visitors are ‘king’ at the DREMA fair. That is why every professional is entitled to a free ticket upon registration. A new visual identity and lower prices
The new format of the DREMA Fair is also reflected in a new visual identity, which emphasises the energy, power and modernity of the event. The changes also apply to the offering – we have introduced lower prices for exhibitors who register on time, encouraging even wider participation in this unique project.
