300 exhibitors from 15 countries, hundreds of experts and thousands of visitors - at DREMA, as usual, attendance and interest were record-breaking. The event, organized from September 13 to 16 at the Poznan International Fair grounds, provided an opportunity not only to present the latest innovative products and solutions, but also to discuss the future of the industry.

„We are living in very turbulent times - we have not yet fully recovered from the pandemic, and we are already facing the geopolitical threat posed by Russia's aggression against Ukraine. All of this is linked to broken global supply chains and the energy crisis. Society and business continue to face further challenges” – observes Grzegorz Nowak, area sales manager at WEINIG and one of the guests at DREMA.

The representative of the brand specializing in the production of woodworking machinery and equipment at the Poznań International Fair adds that despite this uncertainty, he is optimistic about the future of the Polish woodworking and furniture industry.

„Polish products are appreciated by consumers all over the world. We have a strong, innovative market and the interest of investors. We should take advantage of this combination to ensure the long-term development of our industry and the entire economy”, says Grzegorz Nowak.

The DREMA Fair is the only event organized in Poland that is mentioned on the list of 14 global exhibitions devoted to the woodworking industry, officially supported by the European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers, EUMABOIS. According to the latest data collected by trade fair institutions, the exhibition is ranked fifth among the world's most important expositions, right next to Germany's LIGNA, Italy's XYLEXPO, America's IWF Atlanta and China's WMF Shanghai.
