According to the recent regulation of the Ministry of Infrastructure constraints in heavy traffic on Polish territory in the 16-19 April. do not apply to vehicles such as for the transport of equipment to handle mass events, in connection with organizing these events. Therefore, disassembly held DREMA and FURNICA on 16 April will take place without change.

Text of Regulation:
April 15, 2010, Minister of Infrastructure signed a regulation on the periodic traffic restrictions and the prohibition of certain types of vehicles on roads within the period from 16 April 2010 to 19 April 2010.
Its provisions prohibit the movement of trucks and vehicle combinations with a maximum mass exceeding 12 tonnes, with the exception of buses throughout the country within:
from 16 April 2010 from 18:00 to 19 April 2010 until 6:00.
This ban was introduced in order to ensure an adequate level of road safety, in anticipation of increased vehicle traffic associated with mourning ceremonies to commemorate the victims of a tragic accident at Smolensk.
The prohibition does not apply to:
1) Police vehicles, the Road Transport Inspection, Border Guard, Customs Service, the Polish Armed Forces, Government Security Bureau, lorries, fire protection units, rescue units and chemical units in radiation protection services and protection against contamination;
2) The vehicles involved in:
a) the rescue operations,
b) the humanitarian,
c) dealing with the consequences of natural disasters,
d) removing the accident;
3) The vehicles used:
a) the construction of roads and bridges and for their dependents,
b) to transport live animals,
c) for the purpose of buying milk, cereals or animal
d) for the purposes of direct supply ships with fuel, materials, oil, lubricating oil, spare parts and drinking water,
e) transmission equipment for the transport of radio and television stations,
f) to transport equipment to handle mass events, in connection with organizing these events,
g) to carry the press constitute a considerable part of the load, or a significant fraction of the available cargo space,
h) for the transport of medicines and medical supplies,
i) for the carriage of mail in the postal activity constituting a significant part of the cargo, or a substantial part of the available cargo space,
j), in conjunction with the necessary continuity in the production cycle or service companies operating in continuous movement,
k) for the transport of perishable goods and foodstuffs, as defined in the Annex to the Regulation, which form a significant part of the load, or a significant fraction of the available cargo space,
l) for the transport of concrete and pumps for the oil,
m) for the transport of municipal waste or liquid waste which,
n) for the transport of goods unloaded from the wagons at the railway station, within a radius of 50 km from the station,
o) in combined transport;
4) The coaster vehicles used for farm work and farm tractors;
5) vehicles returning from abroad in order to complete the carriage by road or the consignee of freight, located on Polish territory, provided by a driver holding a valid annual card toll national roads;
6) vehicles which entered the Polish territory beyond the date or time of prohibition, just 50 miles from the frontier crossing point, and waiting at the border to leave Polish territory.
The exemption also applies to those in paragraph 3 of empty vehicles by the cargo or the way back after unloading.
